What to Do about Beaded Jewelry Patterns

Everyone is always talking about how beaded jewelry patterns are all the same now and that everyone likes the same things. This is not true because if you asked for my opinion, I would tell you that I do not like certain items, but I do like others. I am pretty sure that my tastes are vastly different from the next person. So, that means you cannot assume that everyone likes the same things. From that, how can you say that every single person is the same? I know this seems to be a moot point, but it is a point nonetheless.
